Biography
Alison Fairchild
HEAD OF HRAlison is the Head of HR at the firm. Her primary concern is the implementation of strategic HR decisions, as well as overseeing recruitment and selection; career development; compensation and benefits; employee welfare and graduate recruitment.
Previously Alison spent eight years working for a chartered accountancy firm, before joining Forsters in 1998, when the firm was founded.
