Andrew is a Legal Assistant in the Corporate team. He has experience over a broad range of matters, having worked with the private client, property and corporate teams. 

As a member of the corporate team, he specialises in company formations and governance; commercial contracts; supporting major transactions; and data room & document management.

Andrew has worked on major projects for clients including Aberdeen Asset Management, Rocco Forte & family Limited, Knight Dragon Investments Limited and Soho House Limited. 

Andrew joined Forsters in 2008.
