Her role involves ensuring the Forsters’ commercial real estate team is up to date on the latest legal and market development. She provides training opportunities, writes briefings and updates the CRE teams precedent bank.
Claire has experience acting on a variety of real estate matters including acting for developers, institutional investors and occupiers. Claire has a particular interest in large scale development and infrastructure projects.
Before joining Forsters Claire was Deputy General Counsel at High Speed Two Limited and head of their property legal team. Prior to that Claire was a commercial property lawyer at Russell-Cooke LLP. Claire also spent some time in-house for the London Olympic (Olympic Development Authority) advising on land acquisition.
