Jade is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team, with a particular focus on development work in the industrial and logistics sector.

She represents a variety of clients, such as private developers, property companies and institutions, and advises them on a broad range of matters from the acquisition to the disposal of a site, including forward funding, development issues and pre-letting.

Her recent experience comprises the disposal of 33,000 sq.ft. logistics units in Park Royal, the acquisition of sites in Bishop’s Stortford, Exhall and Nottingham for Grade-A net-zero high quality logistics schemes and the development, pre-let and disposal of a 75,000 sq.ft. warehouse site in Bedford.

Jade trained and qualified at Forsters before becoming a Partner in 2022.
