Anna Mullins to take part in RICS Greater London Virtual Conference

Property Litigation Senior Associate, Anna Mullins, has been invited to speak at the RICS Greater London Virtual Conference, taking place from 2-3 December 2020.

Anna’s session entitled ‘Commercial property legal update - essentials for landlords and tenants’ will cover the following key points:

  • The Coronavirus Act 2020 and the interim options for landlords and tenants to protect themselves
  • Rights and remedies for commercial landlords and how to deal with tenant insolvencies
  • The COVID-19 impact on current and future commercial leases and challenges for landlords and tenants
