Forsters advise Patrizia on the sale and leaseback of a car park site at Gatwick

Forsters has advised a separate account client of Patrizia on the sale and leaseback of a car park site at Charlwood Road, Gatwick to Q-Park. The purchase price was circa £26 million.

Commercial Real Estate partner Victoria Towers led on the deal and was assisted by senior associate, Paul Grayson.
