Forsters team advise WMG on residential scheme

Forsters has advised private investment office WMG in relation a development finance facility for £16.5 million provided by OakNorth in relation to a residential-led scheme in Aldgate, E1.

The 17-storey development is located at 34-40 White Church Lane and 29-31 Commercial Road, and includes 39 apartments and ground floor commercial space. The development is close to Aldgate East station and a short distance from the proposed new Crossrail station at Whitechapel.

Banking and Finance partner Simon Collins led on the advice and was supported by associates Dominic Lintner and Ben Rustin. Advice was also provided by the Commercial Real Estate team led by partner Andrew Crabbie and supported by associate Sarah Harte.
