Kensington Court sale and leaseback for Warner Music Group

Forsters has advised Warner Music Group, including global music publishing company Warner/Chappell Music, on the sale and leaseback of 46 Kensington Court W8 to the John Lyon's Charity. The purchase price was £22.606 million, with an initial annual rent payable under the 15 year lease back to Warner/Chappell Music of £790,000.

The building, which is a Grade II listed former electricity generating station, was originally constructed in the 1880s and comprises 16,000 sq ft of office space.
