Jo Edwards comments on the latest Family Court Statistics for England and Wales

The latest Family Court quarterly statistics for England and Wales, for the period April to June 2017, revealed a sharp increase in the number of divorcing couples going to court without legal representation, up 19% from the previous period.

Jo Edwards, Head of Family, had her comments on the rise of litigant-in-person figures published in The Times Brief and The Law Society Gazette.

Jo also had her comments regarding a rise in civil partnerships published in the New Law Journal.
