Jo Edwards comments on plans to introduce online divorce in 2017

Jo advocated the introduction of online divorce, whilst highlighting the need for statutory reform to lose fault-based grounds and the acrimony that they bring.  She also spoke of the importance of taking specialist legal advice when divorcing.
