Survey of 25 family leading law firms reveals significant increase in nuptial agreements

Forsters’ family team surveyed solicitors from 25 leading family law firms in England & Wales about their experience of advising clients on nuptial agreements. 

The survey results revealed a huge increase in the prevalence of nuptial agreements since the ground-breaking case of Radmacher v Granatino in 2010.  Head of Family, Jo Edwards, commented on the survey results and was featured in The Law Society Gazette, The Times, The Brief and Campden FB.
