The team regularly assist employers prepare employment documentation tailored to their needs, including director service agreements, employment contracts and HR policies and procedures. We also advise clients on their data protection obligations in respect of HR personal data.

Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions is also an area in which the team has strength. We assist parties identify employment related issues and advise them on TUPE processes, including their information and consultation obligations.

The team has the experience and contacts to also assist employers with international issues concerning their workforce.

Separately, we help senior individuals obtain the best terms on entering into a new employment relationship or promotion and negotiate favourable settlement terms when their employment comes to an end.
